A mother came in with her daughter tonight and asked me for “level N” books. I have obviously been out of the children’s arena too long because I didn’t know what she was talking about (I herald from the land of “grade level”). Luckily, Scholastic actually has a great breakdown of the various levels and I was able to find her a few titles that she was interested in.
Does anyone have some better resources to guide me through such situations?
