“Gemini” begins when an unconscious patient is admitted to the emergency room in a Washington state hospital. Dr. Charlotte Reese is the doctor on duty to the hit-and-run victim. Using alternating points-of-view, the novel goes back in time to when 2 kids first became friends. Dr. Reese is now dating Eric, a writer, who helps her try to identify the victim. As the pieces of the puzzle come together, the personal lives of the victim, doctor and writer intertwine.
