Is a new picture book illustrated by Oliver Jeffers. Duncan is ready to color when he finds a stack of letters awaiting him in his crayon box… all from his crayons! Red is unhappy because he has to color so many fire engines, hearts, and apples, gray is unhappy because he thinks it’s unfair to have to color such large animals such as elephants and hippos, black wants to be part of the rainbow, pink is protesting that she has never been used except by Duncan’s sister, yellow and orange are fighting because they both want to be the color of the sun. And on and on it goes. It can also be used as a good teaching tool for perspective and voice. My daughter really likes it.
