I’m starting a note book at reference for operations/procedures we all need to be aware of. (Like not ending a sentence with a preposition.)
Seriously, it will be kept on shelf with data entry notebook for stuff like: need ink for copier, things left hanging for next shift to work on, new instructions for something etc.
