We have a new database – Novelist. It can be accessed by going to our ONLINE RESOURCES and to the LITERATURE category.
We subscribed to this in the past but I thought it was old and tired. Now it has a new look and is more approachable.
Novelist is great for finding Read-a-likes. Type in the title of a book you loved and there is a button for read-a-likes. This will show you books that should also appeal to you. You can also do read-a-likes for authors. There is a description of why Novelist thinks their suggestion is a good read-a-like.
Try it out and see if you agree with the suggestions.
