Singer, songwriter Jill Sobule died suddenly last week at the age of 66 (see obit by clicking her image above). A magician with words and ideas, Ms. Sobule was one of my favorite people to see in concert (over 25 times for me). Although I think she is best live in concert and you can certainly find bootlegs online, the library has some of her CDs to borrow as well. Catch her song, “It Was a Good Life.”
She will be missed.
