Denting the Bosch by Teresa Link is a contemporary novel about three married couples living in California in their 50s/60s. The three women are best friends and support each other when Sylvia’s husband asks for a divorce. Adele’s own marriage is on the rocks only she doesn’t realize it. She has her mind set on returning to New York which she was reluctant to leave years ago and only left because of her husband’s promise to return their one day. Maggie has her own troubles with her marriage. Although I didn’t like any of the three main characters very much, I enjoyed the story and learning how each couple would end up.
