This book by Liane Moriarty has three story lines intertwining three families: a horrible secret, a nasty marriage betrayal, and an unsolved murder. I was just settling into the first family when Moriarty abruptly switches to the second, then the third. Once I got the rhythm of the book it went smoothly, then seemed to drift, then back to easy reading. Essentially, it’s a novel of crime and punishment.  It was a pretty good read but the ending left me with an unsettled feeling.
