Sami Kierce meets an amazing girl on a backpacking trip through Europe, during the summer of his college graduation. He spends a few days with her on the Costa Del Sol, and then awakens one afternoon to a bloody knife in his hand and his paramour, Anna, dead next to him. Or so he thought. Twenty-two years later, he discovers she’s not really dead, and by now the reader is fully hooked into this novel. Many twists and turns later, you realize what a masterful writer that Coben really is. I highly recommend this to any mystery fan!
