Residents of Palisades and Sparkill are eligible to receive a free library card by stopping by the library to fill out an application or by filling out the form below.
Present photo identification, such as a driver's license. If your driver's license does not have your current street address please provide a proof of address, such as a utility bill.
Children of all ages may sign up for their own library card.
Out of state residents who wish to get a Palisades Free Library card with access to all Ramapo-Catskill Library System materials may purchase a family card for $360.00. Out of state residents who wish to get a Palisades Free Library card access to Palisades materials only may purchase a card for $180.00.
We will replace your library card for free the first time it is lost or misplaced. We reserve the right to charge a library card replacement fee of $3.00 for each additional card.
