Ginny Splinter is burned out as a therapeutic radio talk show host, and decides to go on a planned anniversary trip to Italy. Only her husband wants out of the marriage, so she decides to downgrade hotels in order to take more people. The first five lonely call-ins to the show will be Ginny’s travel companions. The trip begins with five strangers and Ginny, but the group of travellers become closer to each other as the vacation progresses. A great read that makes you feel as though you are on vacation along with the characters.
